We are IN-NETWORK* with the following PPO insurance plans:

*Going to a dentist who is in-network has 2 benefits:  Better insurance coverage and contracted fees. Contracted fees are fees that have been agreed upon by Ascent Dental and the dental insurance companies. These fees are around 35% lower than our normal fees. Coverage tables for in-network dentist are usually higher by 10% when going to an in-network office. Being in-network does not give us access to your plan documents, it only gives us information about coverage table. The plan documents are documents between the dental insurance company and your employer or policy holder. It is highly recommended dental plan documents be reviewed by the plan holder to clarify coverage rules.  Check with your dental insurance plan and company for your specific insurance information as they vary.

As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf and receive and process the corresponding payments.

Please note, dental insurance is usually its own plan. It is usually not tied to medical or any other insurance. Dental insurance cards usually contain the word dental on them. Some plans do not give cards. If you don't have a card we can look up the plan under the plan holders social security number and date of birth.

We ask that you be patient with us during the insurance claim process. Some claims can take up to 90 days. If we reach a point where the insurance is not paying for unknown reasons, we will ask that you step in and help us talk with your insurance.
